Malik, Omar

(my brother)

I recorded this from my phone on the day that Omar graduated from college.

It has now occured to me that I should include a video with my projects. I knew I wanted to talk to each person about their hands, what they do with them, and photograph or draw them in action... but I realized that projecting a crisp video of the activity might be another way of understanding the depth of my project. I'll have to think about this more...

Omar once had his hands taped to the bottom of his desk for tapping/drumming too much. Music. Music. Music. I love him. I love him. I love him.
